5. MELON GIN TONIC

  • Tonic
  • 1 cantaloupe melon
  • Gin
  • 50 grams of white cane sugar
  • Ice cream balls

Preparation method:

Cut the melon into pieces and then add this to a blender with the sugar and half a glass of water.

Then blend the mixture well until there are no more pieces.

Strain the mixture and then put it in a glass. You can always add a little more water

Fill 4 glasses with ice cubes and fill each glass with approx. 125 ml melon juice, 70 ml gin and a little tonic.

4. BLUEBERRY LEMON GIN TONIC

  • 10 blueberries
  • 60ml Gin
  • 120 ml Tonic
  • Ice cream balls
  • Lemon
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint

Method of preparation

Fill your glass with some blueberries, sprigs of mint and lemon juice from 1/3 of a lemon.

Crush with the back of a spoon or muddler.

Fill the glass with ice, gin and top up with tonic. Garnish with some berries if desired.

3. THE HARRIS GIN TONIC

  • 50ml Isle of Harris Gin
  • 200ml Indian Tonic Water
  • A slice of grapefruit for garnish
  • Ice cream balls

Method of preparation

Fill a glass with ice bubbles and stir them well in the glass. Pour off the melted ice water and add the Isle of Harris Gin.

Then pour the Indian Tonic Water and garnish with grapefruit. Stir gently.

2. INDONESIAN GIN

  • Ice cream balls
  • 50ML Dry gin
  • 150ml Fever Tree Premium Indian tonic
  • Orange
  • Clove

Preparation method:

Fill your glass with ice cubes and then pour 50ml Dry over it.

Then pour the 150 ml tonic into the glass, garnish with a few cloves and a slice of orange.

1. PARISIEN GIN TONIC

  • 75 ml dry Vermouth
  • Blueberries
  • Ice cream balls
  • 55ml Gin
  • Fill with tonic if necessary
  • 20 ml Creme de Cassis

Preparation method:

Fill a shaker or measuring cup with Vermouth, Crème de Cassis, Gin and ice balls .

Stir well and pour into a glass.

Garnish with berries if desired.
